Favourite Thing on a Friday

Tweed, lace and embroidery.

The bustle-esque back of this ensemble.

Chipped and peeling turquoise paint.

The door in context, love the beautiful detailing at the top.

Atlas place cards I made for Monday night's tea party.  Yes, those are party rings and pink lemonade in the background!

Getting baking, it is national baking week after all!  This is a piece of the lemon drizzle loaf cake I made for our tea party, sadly the lighting was so dim I didn't really get many shots of the rest.

  5. How did you manage to sleep on Monday night after lemonade, cake AND party rings?
As ever, wonderfully evocative images. Nice to see the dymo embosser has been put to good use. The place cards would be great at a wedding too.

    Have a fantastic Friday.

  7. Your photography is so beautiful. I absolutely adore the bustle back on that outfit. I have a thing about layering and always layer up different thin layers no matter the season. That dress would be one of my dream outfits due to the layered look! Em x

  8. Lovely images again. The party rings reminded me that we used to thread them on ribbon and hang them on a branch as a centre-piece at my children’s parties in the eighties. Great fun!
